Bern-Ticket for overnight guests

From the first overnight stay in an accommodation within the municipality of Bern, guests receive the Bern-Ticket for the entire duration of their stay, enabling free travel on trams, buses and trains within zones 100/101 of the Libero fare network.

The Bern-Ticket is ideal for getting from A to B while discovering and exploring the federal city. On the day of arrival, the booking confirmation serves as a valid Bern-Ticket for the journey to the accommodation. In addition, the ticket is valid on the day of arrival and departure for the route Kehrsatz – Belp – Bern Airport, allowing for convenient travel to Belp Airport.

Ticket Activation

The Bern-Ticket can be activated on the Bern Welcome website using the activation code. No login is required, and the tickets remain active even when the page is revisited. The step-by-step activation process is outlined below.

Travelling to Bern

The Bern-Ticket also includes the popular Gurten funicular, the Marzili funicular and the lift to the minster terrace.
