The concept here is clear and precise: “ambiente, tapas y vino”. This applies to both seminars and the culinary offering. The lovely vinotheque with a view of the Aare river is separated from Restaurant Casa Novo by a door and has its own entrance and exit. With around 50 m2 of floor space, it can host up to 25 guests at a long wooden table as well as at a few small tables.
