This former industrial building has an appealing charm, distinctive architecture and excellent accessibility. With its versatile event rooms, which can be adapted or changed according to your wishes and needs, the Stufenbau offers the ideal setting for seminars, Corporate events, product placements or anniversary celebrations.

The light-flooded, urbane gallery has room for up to 240 people. The high-ceilinged, asymmetrical room with a beautiful wooden floor offers a unique panoramic view of the surrounding green landscape during the day. Even at night, however, the gallery ensures a welcoming, pleasant ambiance thanks to flexible lighting and sound technology.

The multifunctional event hall, on the other hand, has 220 square meters of space for events of all kinds: congresses (up to 220 seats), road shows, concerts, banquets or discos.
