Instead of the cathedral or the Bärengraben, the Surprise city guides will take you to emergency shelters, soup kitchens or advice centres.

For larger groups, we can offer multiple tours in parallel. We recommend a minimum age of 15 years.
Included services
For guided tours, access to certain institutions is possible at selected times. To avoid disturbing clients in the institutions, access is often only available at off-peak times.
