  2. Obtain quote

  3. Determine final room quota

  4. Discuss possibilities and options for the registration link

  5. Sign agreement including or excluding payment collection

  6. Send required information for the hotel link to the Bern Convention Bureau

  7. Publish link

  8. If desired: weekly reporting on bookings
