Brüggelweg Loop

The just under three-kilometer-long route is suitable for advanced skiers. In addition, due to its shaded location, the Brüggelweg is reliably snowy at the beginning and end of winter.

After the start at Selital-Schwarzenbühl and a slight ascent, take the first left turn into the Holzerweg. After a short descent of about 700 meters, the ascent begins again. After about 700 meters of gentle ascent, turn sharply right into the Brüggelweg and then continue almost on level ground to the Süftenen shelter. From there, follow the descent back to the junction to the Holzerweg.

Tip from the author

At the beginning and end of winter with little snow, the Holzer- and Brüggelweg are mostly reliably snowy routes in the Gantrisch Cross-Country Skiing Center.

Guests without their own equipment can rent classic and skating cross-country skiing equipment at three locations at reasonable prices. It is self-service, and payment is made on-site in cash or via Twint.
