Trub cross-country skiing trail
Together with the Langnau trail, the Trub cross-country skiing trail forms an 18 km network of trails along the valley floor between Trub and Langnau. A meticulously machine-tracked trail awaits ski touring hikers, recreational athletes and ambitious cross-country skiers.

The network of trails extends over 18 km, with machine-tracked trails for both classic and skating techniques.
The trails are laid out along the valley floor between Langnau & Trub in the Emmental valley, making our cross-country skiing area ideal for ski touring hikers & recreational athletes. More ambitious cross-country skiers, too, are certain to enjoy using our trails to their heart’s content.
Tip from the author
In 2007, a new floodlighting installation was set in Trub. It illuminates the cross-country skiing trail between Längengrund & Trub so cross-country skiers can enjoy their skiing in the evenings too. The floodlit night trail is 2.5 km long.

From Trubschachen railway station (1.1 km, approx. 17 min) on foot in the direction of Trub.

Next to the cross-country ski lodge at the Sternen Trub Restaurant, where you will also find the ski rental office and a cloakroom.

Equipment
A wide choice of cross-country skiing equipment and snowshoes is available for hire. The rental office is located at our cross-country ski lodge in the car park of the Landgasthof Sternen in Trub. The ski rental office is not permanently manned, even during opening hours, so please call ahead to book a ski hire slot by calling 079 177 73 16.
