The apartment building at Holzikofenweg 8 can be reached by public transport in just 13 minutes from Bern main station, and the tram stop is only a minute’s walk away.

The 14 one-room apartments are between 25 and 30 square metres, and the 10 two-room apartments are between 40 and 50 square metres. All apartments are air-conditioned, have electric blinds and are powered by solar energy. Parking spaces can be rented in the underground car park.

Each business apartment has an open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom. The rent includes cleaning and change of sheets and towels every fortnight, use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, TV, final cleaning and utilities for heating, water and electricity.

The minimum rental period for GLANDON apartments is one month. It is also possible to rent for an indefinite period, in which case the notice period is one month.
