14 one-room apartments are between 25 and 30 square metres in size, 10 two-room apartments are between 40 and 50 square metres. All apartments are air-conditioned, have electric blinds and are powered by solar energy. It is possible to rent parking spaces in the underground car park.

Each business apartment has an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. The rental price includes flat cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every fortnight, use of the washing machine and dryer use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, WLAN, TV, final cleaning and additional costs for heating, water and electricity, water and electricity.
