The Hirschen Eggiwil, a traditional hotel in a quiet spot amid the rolling hills of the idyllic Emmental, has been run by the Liechti family for over 100 years. It offers relaxation, hospitality, and culinary delights in beautiful surroundings and its rapid travel connections and modern infrastructure make it the ideal place for productive seminars and conferences. 

What started out as a restaurant in 1919 was soon expanded and a slaughterhouse, an annex with guest rooms and other new builds were added. Today, the historic country inn serves exclusively regional and seasonal products. Many of the ingredients for the lovingly prepared dishes come from the immediate neighbourhood – some are even delivered on foot.

Multi-day conferences are complemented by entertaining social programmes like gold panning, cheese making, clay pigeon shooting, or carriage rides, and an almost 30-year-old mini-golf course, built in the Swedish style from wood and felt, makes for a fun creative break.
