Take This

Take This is an international musicians’ collective from Bern, offering a wide range of musical formats with outstanding flexibility in both style and band size. From a high-energy party band to an elegant ballroom orchestra, a show band or intimate performances in a small setting – almost anything is possible.

The term “band” hardly does justice to this exciting collective. In addition to proven performances as a party band, ballroom orchestra or show band, Take This repeatedly sets the stage with bespoke musical formats. Motto shows such as “20s”, “80s”, “70s Disco” or “Movie Special” are just as much part of the repertoire as refined dance music or rousing party sound.

The range is broad and the flexibility impressive. Smooth background jazz, laid-back house music with live elements and DJ, or a fusion of alphorn and hammered dulcimer combined with electronic sounds – Take This brings it all to the stage, including an infectious party atmosphere with timeless classics.

Wherever music is needed, Take This adapts flexibly in size and volume to the location. Whether in a stadium or completely unplugged in a garden, the collective is thoroughly familiar with the most popular event venues in the region.
