Alternatively, you can experience an unforgettable sunset on an evening cruise on one of the beautiful lakes. There is something to suit every taste.

Children will also love a boat trip: There are generously equipped play cabins on both steamboats.

A boat trip on Lake Thun or Lake Brienz is also ideal as a team-building event. For large groups, it is even possible to charter your own boat.

Children will also be excited by a boat trip: on both steamships you will find generously equipped play-houses and most motor vessels have children's play areas.

Needless to say, a boat trip on both lakes of the Bernese Oberland can be perfectly combined with an excursion of your choice. It's well worth taking a detour from Lake Brienz on the Brienz–Rothorn tourist rack railway, visiting the Ballenberg Open Air Museum or the Grandhotel Giessbach. From Lake Thun we recommend a guided tour through the St. Beatus Caves or a trip up the Niederhorn followed by a fast-paced trip down into valley on a micro-scooter.
