Culinary enjoyment, right on the banks of the Aare! The Dampfzentrale is located on the grounds of the Marzili, the city’s most popular outdoor pool, with a beautiful view of the Parliament Building (Bundeshaus).

In this former power plant, Chef Milenkovic creates innovative, Mediterranean dishes with fresh, hand-picked products from the region and the bordering countries. A real highlight is the smoker, where portions of meat and fish are cooked just right.

The restaurant’s wine menu includes Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and German vintages, besides select Swiss wines.

The Dampfzentrale also serves as a cultural venue, where like-minded people share their passion for innovative forms of dance, performance, music and club culture. The facility can also be rented for company parties and other special events.
