From early to late and in every season – the BärnParcours Altenberg has no opening hours. At regular intervals, various stations line the route. Outdoors here, endurance, strength, and agility are trained, as well as mental fitness and creativity. And all this on the banks of the green-blue Aare – sounds great! By the way, the BärnParcours is not only available in Altenberg but also in Bethlehem, Neufeld, Könizbergwald, and Wittigkofen.

Tip from the author

After the run, one of the countless restaurants in Bern's city center beckons, which can be reached within a few minutes by climbing up to Waisenhausplatz.
