Two birds with one stone. Combining sport and culture – that is easy in Bern. Past the Zytglogge (clock tower) and the cathedral, further to the Bear Park and the Federal Palace – the city runs lead right through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Bern old town. For those who have a bit more time (or still fresh legs), we recommend the slightly longer option (seven kilometers). The short but steep climb to the Rose Garden is rewarded with a spectacular view over the Bern old town.
