The Felsenau brewery produces around 25,000 hectolitres of beer each year. That’s about 8.3 million Stangen (0.3 dl) plus the odd Herrgöttli (0.2 dl).
The brewery’s most famous and popular product is, of course, the Bärner Müntschi (Kiss from Bern). But the other beers are every bit as good as the city’s favourite in terms of quality and taste. In total, the Felsenau brews ten classic beers, two of which are seasonal, brewed especially for spring and winter.
Experience the art of brewing beer first hand! In the old buildings, historic machinery is combined with the latest technology. On this tour you can see every stage of the beer brewing process and discover fascinating flavours. Brewers and beer sommeliers are on hand to answer your questions, and beer pretzels and Bavarian sausages are served on request.
