On the menu at Switzerland’s first vegan bakery: fluffy pancakes, soft bagels, and flaky croissants with hearty fillings – plus some unexpected highlights like vegan egg, carrot “salmon” and spicy sauerkraut “bacon”. All of the food is lovingly prepared, prettily presented, and perfect for enjoying with company or on your own.
“Gluschtig” (tempted)? Pick a location – there’s a branch in the Lorraine neighbourhood and one in the Breitenrain neighbourhood – make a reservation and start counting down the days to the next weekend! Brunch is only available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Also, the menu may vary slightly depending on the location.
By the way: when you have brunch at Bakery Bakery, you're eating at a Guinness World Record-holding establishment! In 2024, it baked the world's largest vegan pain au chocolat in Bern.
