In this workshop, three individually designed chocolate bars will be created: from the selection of the fine couverture to the creative garnish. The workshop is accompanied by interesting insights into topics such as cocoa cultivation, sustainability and the quality characteristics of high-quality chocolate. Children from the age of 10 can also take part and play an active role in creating the chocolate.
