At the beginning of May, Bühnen Bern and Bern Expo are presenting a gripping spectacle in the newly built Festhalle: the famous James Bond film Casino Royale on the big screen, accompanied by the Bern Symphony Orchestra.

This event is not only a treat for the eyes, but also for the ears! Thrills and captivating moments are guaranteed as one of the most successful James Bond films in history is shown on the big screen in the new festival hall on the Expo site.

In Casino Royale, special agent 007, played by Daniel Craig, is on the hunt for villain Le Chiffre, following his tracks to Madagascar, Venice, Miami, the Bahamas and Lake Como. As always when James Bond is involved, there's plenty of action and excitement.

What’s special about the screening at the Festhalle: the film is accompanied by the Bern Symphony Orchestra. Under the direction of Kevin Griffiths, the orchestra will perform the thrilling film soundtrack sure to give you goosebumps.

If you’d like to add a culinary treat on top, you have the opportunity to enjoy dinner there before the show. For 75 francs per person, you can get in the mood for the audiovisual spectacle.
