Sunday, 10 a.m.: surrounded by tall windows and bookshelves, you’re invited to play the Lehrerzimmer’s “breakfast puzzle”: In lieu of a menu, guests are handed an order form. Simply tick the breakfast items you feel like having and they will be brought to the table.
And what would a puzzle be without a little challenge? What will you choose: just a croissant with butter and jam? Or maybe some eggs with that? And if yes, how should they be prepared? There are five scrambled egg options alone! The menu also includes treats such as homemade cream cheese spreads and salmon mousse with horseradish along with beloved breakfast classics. Their homemade chutney and the “Gemüsesalätli” (little veggie salad) are reinvented each season.
