Restaurant Fischerstübli

The Fischerstübli offers a fine, lovingly compiled and varied menu. As a speciality, the restaurant creates tartare from meat, fish or vegetables with a variety of recipes and takes guests on a culinary journey around the world. The menu also includes classic dishes with a modern twist. At lunchtime and in the evening, the restaurant attracts a diverse clientele - young and old, friends, families and business people.

The Fischerstübli serves seasonal, regional and mostly organic products. In keeping with the "fait maison" label, the dishes are largely prepared in the restaurant's own kitchen. Selected wines from Switzerland and France are on offer.
