More than 20 dairies showcase their products at the Huttwil Cheese Market. The specialities are not only delicious, they also have a long-standing tradition. A lot of expertise, care, and passion go into the production of these cheeses. Today’s cheese diversity is the result of centuries of innovation and continuously improved and refined methods. The “Best of the Region” seal of quality ensures that the raw materials are sourced from the region and the products are processed locally.
