The chocolate workshop at Atelier Joye in Bern invites you to discover the fascinating world of chocolate. This small, intimate studio offers a welcoming atmosphere where creativity and indulgence go hand in hand. During the two-hour course, participants learn about the origins of sustainably produced chocolate. Only fair trade and organic ingredients are used – promoting conscious enjoyment.
As the pralines are rolled, coated and covered, the rich scent of chocolate fills the room – a treat for all the senses. At the end of the workshop, each participant takes home 300 grams of handmade pralines and truffles. A light snack, drinks and a chocolate tasting complete the experience and add to the indulgence.
